Natural DIY Postpartum Soothing Spray Recipe

It’s not often us mamas feel comfortable talking about our lady bits, and because of that, we often miss out on sista-to-sista info that can help us at times when we need it most (think childbirth).

Natural delivery, especially if there’s tearing of an episiotomy involved, can leave down there feeling tender to say the least.

If you’re pregnant, start thinking about putting together a DIY natural postpartum soothing spray with lavender (soothing) and frankincense oils (rejuvenating and promotes recovery).

Here is my go-to recipe. Remember, it’s important to use only pure, therapeutic grade essential oils. Go here to get wholesale access the doTERRA oils I recommend and use.
